Welcome to Pinnacle Property Concierge Services, LLC. By utilizing our services and booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines ensure a seamless experience for all our guests. Please review them carefully before confirming your booking.  Refer to Rental Agreement Rental Agreement for detailed Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

• "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Pinnacle Property Concierge Services, LLC.
• "Guest(s)," "you," and "your" refer to the individuals or entities booking our services.
• "Property" refers to the property where services are rendered.
• "Service" refers to any concierge, property management, or related services provided by the Company.

2. Booking and Payment

• Booking Confirmation:Your booking is confirmed upon full payment and receipt of a confirmation email from us.
• Payment:Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed on our website.
• Security Deposit:A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the service. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after service completion, provided there are no damages or violations.
• Late Payments:Failure to pay on time may result in service cancellation or additional fees.

3. Service Terms

• Property Access:Guests must grant access to the property for services to be rendered as agreed upon.
• Modifications:Changes to bookings must be requested at least 45 days in advance and are subject to approval.
• Special Requests:Additional services beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by Guest:We maintain a strict no cancellation policy. Once a booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. Guests acknowledge and agree to this policy upon booking. Review the Rental Agreement for additional details.
• Cancellation by Company:We reserve the right to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, extreme weather, property damage). A full refund will be issued in such cases.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Property Condition:The property must be in suitable condition for services. Any hazards should be disclosed beforehand.
• Compliance with Policies:Guests must adhere to all rules, including occupancy limits, pet policies, and noise restrictions.
• Damages & Liabilities:Guests are responsible for any damage caused by them or their guests. Repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.
• Personal Belongings:We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Guests should secure their valuables.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

• Injury & Loss:Pinnacle Property Concierge Services, LLC is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages sustained by guests during the service period.
• Force Majeure:We are not responsible for disruptions caused by natural disasters, government regulations, or other events beyond our control.
• Service Limitations:Certain services may be subject to availability and conditions outside our control.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Data Collection:Personal information is collected only for booking and service-related purposes and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Communication:By booking with us, you agree to receive communication regarding your service, including confirmation emails, updates, and feedback requests.

8. Amendments

• Policy Changes:Pinnacle Property Concierge Services, LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of significant changes before their service date.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions above and as stated in the Rental Agreement.
