With a passion for hospitality, Kim J. Dolniak has built a distinguished career in hospitality and travel logistics. She spent 18 years as Director of National Sales & Marketing at Drury Hotels before joining her family’s business in 2005. As Co-Owner of BEST Transportation, she leads a premier chauffeured service headquartered in St. Louis. Her love for vacation rentals began in 2010 with managing her own luxury lakefront properties.
Steve Dolniak, a retired executive with 41 years with one of the world’s largest packaging companies, survived 17 mergers while managing large budgets and exceeding customer expectations. His strategic leadership and organizational skills ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, high-quality stay.
In 2014, Kim and Steve expanded into Naples, Florida, investing in vacation rentals. Their passion for elevated guest experiences led them to launch Pinnacle Property Concierge Services, LLC in 2021. Combining Kim’s expertise in customer service and design with Steve’s business acumen, they deliver exceptional luxury stays that guests return to time and again.
As full-time Naples, FL residents, they embrace the Southwest Florida lifestyle—golfing, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and cruising. Kim also enjoys curating décor and enhancements to elevate each guest’s experience.
Debbie Roberts, Property Concierge & Guest Services Manager
Debbie Roberts brings extensive experience in real estate, property management, and human resources to Pinnacle Property Concierge Services. Originally from Chicago, she has over a decade of expertise managing residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, specializing in tenant relations, vendor coordination, lease management, and strategic improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Her dedication to excellence and attention to detail ensures every property meets the highest standards. Passionate about hospitality, Debbie is committed to delivering five-star guest experiences that make every stay exceptional.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, boating, golfing with her husband, Mark, and and long walks with their beloved Labradoodle.
