You will also find two bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, remote work space, and the laundry area with washer and dryer in the unit! The living area and eating area are spectacular. In the beautifully appointed living area with comfortable reclining sofa and loveseat, and a 65-inch Smart TV is the perfect place to kick back and relax. The open Bellini floor plan is perfect for entertaining friends - the kitchen eating area seats 4 people and the kitchen counter has 3 bar stools for additional seating. The king bed is a dual control adjustable bed. Plenty of storage with a large walk in master closet with lots of hangars, luxury linens, extra pillows and more. There is a bathroom ensuite with walk in shower and ample fluffy towels. 🛏️The second Queen bedroom is just as beautiful. From the decor to the luxury linens - no detail is left unnoticed. This bedroom also has a Smart TV and full closet loaded with hangars. Adjacent to this bedroom a full-size bathroom with tub/shower. 😴Restful Sleeping. 😴 This Bellini floor plan has a very important benefit in that both bedrooms are in the FRONT of the condo. This unit has an oversized storage unit which is the perfect place to keep your golf clubs. In the storage unit just outside your front door you will find 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and coolers. No need to bring beach/pool towels as we provide it all! There are multiple beaches within 10-15 miles of Bonita National. This is the perfect escape year round and most certainly to escape the northern wintery cold to enjoy all SWFL offers... It is truly Paradise! 🌴🌞🌈 SPECIAL NOTE ON HOA TRANSFER: As of December 2023: (subject to change if rates are changed by Bonita National G&CC) **Social Membership transfer only (required) based on length of rental: $400/one month, $325/two months and $300/three months...social transfer provides you full access to all club amenities except golf - championship tennis center, resort pool, all dining venues, special events, state of the art fitness center. Add optional golf membership transfer at a one-time cost of $500 to transfer for full golf access. Greens/Cart fees still apply***** NOTE: 6.5% tax is applied to total membership transfer costs. Cleaning Fee: $450 per month (this includes mid stay clean and check out deep cleaning. Longer than month stays may have additional cleanings set up.) Pets: We may allow a small pet with prior approval, previous renter reference and subject to non-refundable pet cleaning fee. Pet Fee: $350 (one-time fee) Payment terms vary based on length of stay, dates, booked, etc. We require 30% at time of booking, 30% 5 months prior to day of arrival and 40% remaining balance 60 days prior to arrival. Holiday weeks and seasonal rentals may be at a higher rate depending on length of stay. NOTE: Bonita National does not allow rentals for less than 30-days.
