We offer much more than your normal rental. Our rent includes beautifully furnished spaces, linens, towels, beach towels, basic toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TVs, Beach Supplies (Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart), most properties feature a designated workspace and Wi-Fi printer. YES, free parking is available on all our properties. In most communities parking is limited to the garage, carport, driveway or designated parking space, overnight street parking is not allowed in most communities. Some of the gated communities will allow you to purchase a Vehicle Guest pass during your stay to expedite entry through security.
YES, Housekeeping is based on length of stay and checkout cleanings. We include a cleaning fee in the booking based on your length of stay. For longer stays or upon request additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee.
Our properties are generally pet-friendly depending on the Property Owner and Homeowners Association pet rules. Please review the specific property listing before booking as rules may vary by property or reach out to us. The pet fee will apply to cover additional cleaning and varies by property. Do not hesitate to contact us for specific details.
Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM on the departure day. If you need an early check-in or late check-out there may be a small fee to expedite cleaning and turnover. Please advise us of your request at the time of booking if possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We provide convenient self-check in using a keyless entry system. Our smart locks can be accessed any time after check-in (4:00pm), late arrivals are no problem. You will receive a unique code before your arrival. In gated communities your information will be provided to the security team for gate entry.
The Cancellation Policy varies based on the property and dates of stay. Details are outlined in the booking terms.
We understand that travel plans can change, and we encourage guests to book with confidence. Please note that our cancellation policy is firm, and we are unable to offer refunds or modifications once a reservation is confirmed. We recommend travel insurance for added flexibility.
You must be 30+ years old to reserve. The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation and is responsible for all guests.
