2027 GOLF COURSE IMPROVEMENTS – PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING
Esplanade Golf & Country Club will renovate its championship golf course from January to December 2027, enhancing the course for members and guests.
Phasing: January–February: All 18 holes open. From ~March 1: 9 holes close, 9 remain open. From ~April 1: remaining 9 holes close. Expected completion: December 2027.
Peak season note: January–March is Esplanade's busiest golf season, so tee-time demand will be especially high during the renovation, and availability may be limited. A Golf Membership transfer grants golf privileges but doesn't guarantee tee times.
The Pro Shop is working on reciprocal arrangements with other area clubs during the renovation; participating clubs, availability, and fees are still being finalized and aren't guaranteed. All dates, access, reciprocal arrangements, and availability are subject to change, please call Pro Shop for updates.
Resort amenities — tennis, pickleball, fitness, spa, pool, dining, and an active calendar of social activities — remain available throughout.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: HOA requires a minimum 30-day rental. Golf and Social Membership transfer fees and privileges are subject to current HOA and club policies.
